It's hard to believe it but tomatoes may be responsible for those awful pains you, your relatives or friends may suffer from - especially in your knees, hips and lower back!

Have these pains ruined your shopping, leisure and holidays?  And what have they done to your sex life?

Are you one of those people who everyday pester your GP for painkillers or therapy or are you waiting for what may be a totally unnecessary hip or knee replacement or a backbone fusing in hopes of being painfree and mobile once again?

The NHS performs about 30,000 hip operations every year, private hospitals like BUPA  perform thousands more, and worldwide the total runs into millions.  UK's NHS is strapped for cash and hospitals face ward closures but have to provide operations regardless of cost.

There are no published figures for spinal fusings or knee replacements but we know there are thousands costing the NHS and pivate medical companies millions.

For almost two years up to October 2013 my knee, hip and lower back had been getting steadily more painful and eventually I was waking each night with awful right knee and hip pains then trying to turn over was agony as my back had locked up as I slept.

No matter how I sat or slept my hip was agony and I really did think I was getting due for a replacement as punishment for the working life in mills and factories that I had had.

Getting out of bed was another agony as I could not just sit up and swing my legs out as I once did but had to lever myself up with both arms while locking my right foot under the bed frame to help.

When I finally sat up there was no way I could put on my knickers or tights and had resigned myelf to going barelegged through the colder months!

I resisted going to the GP as I didn't want to be put on steroids or strong painkillers with all their side effects - especially weight gain - so I endured the pains as best I could but was resigned to having terrible nights and agony getting up each morning.

I felt I was in need of serious therapy and dreaded having a hip replacement with its deep incisions and risk of poor outcomes then six words from my friend Sue showed me the problem and just a week later all my pains had gone!

It was amazing!     You must read those six words!

Only a person who has endured chronic pain and incapacity can appreciate the wonderful feelig of relief as the pains disappeared and I could once again sleep a full night and awake refreshed ready to throw back the duvet.  I could turn over and sit up without pain and once again pull my underwear and tights up easily.

The NHS squanders a fortune each year trying to cure many pains caused by tomatoes
