The only way you can know if tomatoes are causing your athritis-like pains and disability is to cut them out of your diet for several days - with me it was just 7 days that took all my pains away - you may be just as lucky .

 

Don't buy or eat anymore tomatoes or tomato products such as tomato soup, puree, juice, sauces, tomato pizzas, ketchup and any related products such as peppers and aubergines.

 

Eat all the other foods you should be eating to maintain good health. 

 

Remember we are all descended from Adam and Eve and should be eating a very wide mix of fruits, nuts, grains, greens and roots all brightened up with flowers and seeds so it is easy to eat well balanced meals.

 

Keep a record each day of what pains you had and whether you had swollen fingers, toes, ankles or knees and note if these symptoms reduced over the days.

 

If you are lucky and your pains are due to tomato poisoning be happy and please let me know. 

 

If you are unlucky and your pains have not lessened then follow your doctor's therapy and good luck.
